We love seeing the creativity inspired by Kai Dolphin's Voyage – The Greatest Mission! Drawings, poems, short plays/scripts, songs, crafts, stories, and other artworks featuring Kai, his dolphin friends, ocean adventures, friendship, bravery, and ocean protection are warmly welcomed.
Who can submit?
Children of all ages, families, homeschool groups, classrooms, and educators worldwide.
How to Submit Safely and Responsibly
All submissions must be original work created by the child (or with adult guidance for younger kids). By submitting, you confirm the work does not copy others' copyrighted material.
Important Privacy & Safety Rules (Especially for Children)
Parents/Guardians must submit on behalf of children under 18. Children should not submit directly.
For children under 13 (or under your country's digital consent age): A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for any collection or public display of the submission. We will only use the minimum information needed (typically: child's first name, age, country/state, and the artwork itself). No full names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, or other personal details from the child will be collected or displayed without verifiable parental/guardian consent.
We comply with COPPA (U.S.) and GDPR (EU/EEA) child data protection rules. This means:
No personal information is collected from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
For EU users, parental consent is required where the child is below the applicable age threshold (usually 13–16 depending on the country).
We make reasonable efforts to verify that consent comes from a parent/guardian.
Submissions are reviewed before publication to protect privacy and safety.
What we display publicly (if approved): Child’s first name only, age, country (or state), and the artwork/poem/play. We avoid any details that could identify the child’s exact location or full identity.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is used only to manage the gallery and promote ocean-positive creativity.
Content Rules
All submissions must be positive, kind, and aligned with the themes of friendship, courage, and protecting oceans/rivers.
No violent, harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
Submissions involving real people (photos/videos) should focus on group activities where faces are not clearly identifiable if possible, or have clear parental consent for display.
We reserve the right to edit, crop, or decline any submission that does not meet these standards.
Submission Process
Parent/guardian fills out the submission form (includes consent checkbox).
Upload the artwork/poem/play as image (JPG/PNG), PDF, or text file.
Provide a short description (optional): e.g., “This poem is about Kai swimming with his dolphin pod!”
We review submissions and notify you (via the parent’s contact) if selected for the gallery.
Rights & Use
By submitting (with parental consent where required), you grant Kai Dolphin Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the work on our website, social media, and promotional materials (with credit to the child as noted above). The creator retains all other rights. You can request removal at any time by contacting us.
