- Country or general location (e.g., “Portugal” or “California, USA” — never exact addresses or schools).
- The creative work itself (drawings, poems, plays, photos of crafts, clean-up stories, and up to 5 activity photos).
- Optional short description provided by the parent/guardian.
We do not collect:
- Full names, home addresses, phone numbers, exact geolocation, school names, or other sensitive identifiers from children.
- Biometric data, voiceprints, or other expanded personal information unless strictly necessary (and never without verifiable consent).
- Information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
We may also collect basic non-personal analytics (e.g., page views) using essential cookies or tools that do not track individuals.2. How We Use the Information We use the collected information only for:
- Reviewing, approving, and publicly displaying submissions in the Splash Showcase or Action Squad page, with credit in the format: “[First Name], Age [X], [Country]”.

Splash Showcase
Submissions to the Showcase involve creative works (drawings, poems, plays, etc.) inspired by Kai Dolphin characters. We display only the child’s first name, age, country, and the artwork. All submissions undergo manual review for privacy, safety, and positive content before publication. Parents retain ownership; we receive a limited license to display the work with credit. This page features real-world clean-up activities. We collect general activity descriptions and photos (preferring group shots with blurred faces where possible). Location details are kept broad (e.g., “beach in [Country]”). The focus is on celebrating positive environmental action while protecting participant privacy. Photos and stories are reviewed before posting.
We do not use data for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or any commercial sale. 3.
